Kim is a dynamic organizer, public speaker and tireless advocate of mindful leadership.  She received her training at the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction where she also completed their Intensive Teacher Training course.   Kim offers an Introduction to Mindfulness course, one and two day intensive courses, and individual mindfulness coaching.  Kim has thirteen years of experience in the classroom and is a twenty-year veteran, having served her country as a staff sergeant in the 132nd Wisconsin Army National Guard. She lives in Plympton, MA with her husband, three children and one very spoiled dog.
